Education is a basic human need, as it helps people develop the skills, knowledge, and values necessary for full participation in the society. Educated people lead more fulfilling and productive lives and can contribute meaningfully to the development and progress of their communities.
To establish and maintain quality educational standards, it is needful to adopt a set of educational goals, guidelines, courses and learning experiences (a curriculum). A Curriculum ensures that students learn the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their studies and future careers; are prepared to meet the requirements for University and other post-secondary education while being competitive in the marketplace.
At Full Life Academy, our Curriculum keeps the students engaged and helps them develop their capacities and potential as they progress through their studies. These include content, materials, and activities designed to provide a consistent and organized approach to teaching and learning and to ensure that the students have access to quality education.
We adopt and combine:
1. The British Curriculum: designed to provide students with a broad and balanced education and to prepare them for further study and future employment.
2. The revised Nigerian Curriculum: designed to provide students with a well-rounded education and facilitate value reorientation, critical thinking, entrepreneurship and lifelong skills among the students.
